Impact Partnership is a strategic joint venture between Rochdale Borough Council and consulting and business services group Mouchel, supported by ICT and business services company Agilisys.
Over 15 years from 2006 the partnership is improving council services, supporting regeneration, developing skills and opportunities for local people and bringing jobs to the borough.
Impact Partnership manages several of Rochdale Borough Council’s Services: highways & engineering, property and customer & business services (ICT, contact centre, payroll).
