Making an lmpact on regeneration
Impact Partnership is an innovative joint venture between Mouchel, Agilisys and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council. The Partnership delivers Highways, Property and ICT services to support the regeneration of the borough over a 15 year period from April 2006.
Our aim is to make a genuine difference in the Borough of Rochdale by creating jobs, physically regenerating the environment, developing skills, and transforming the delivery of services to the people of the borough.
